Training for Sprint Triathlons...

 

Team Lipstick has been training females in New York City since 2008.  We focus on Sprint distance triathlons, which are a half mile swim, a 12 mile bike, and a 3 mile run.  This is the fastest distance, meaning you will race your fastest pace because it is a short distance course.  Your entire race is around 90 minutes.

Tuesday Bike                           60 Minutes

Wednesday Run                      60 Minutes

Thursday Brick                        60 Minutes

Saturday Bike                          90 Minutes

Sunday Swim + Run                90 Minutes
