Training for Sprint Triathlons...


Team Lipstick has been training females in New York City since 2008.  We focus on Sprint distance triathlons, which are a half mile swim, a 12 mile bike, and a 3 mile run.  This is the fastest distance!!  Your entire race is around 90 minutes.

Training around The World...

Tuesday Bike                           60 Minutes

Wednesday Run                      60 Minutes

Thursday Brick                        60 Minutes

Saturday Bike                          90 Minutes

Sunday Swim + Run                90 Minutes
