Notes

The Sp/Oly program and the Half Iron program will each receive separate schedules and coaches in 2012.  Some of our workouts will be together and some will not.  Half Iron team will go longer and will meet earlier, especially on weekends.  Plus we will add long course protocols and specialty workouts when necessary. 
Lipsticks pay full price for the first program, and reduce each consecutive program by $100.
Pay in full for 2012, including all programs thru Fall, and reduce each, including the first one, by $100.
New Member Initiation Fee - $295 includes tri shorts, tri tank, cycling jacket, 2 water bottles, sun visor, and personalized transition bag.
We will accommodate payment plans, but without discounts.
Weekends only – half price, must be paid in full, no discounts.
Single sessions – $25
Marathon Program will be 1/2 price for Team Lipstick members.  Coached sessions will be separated from the regular schedule. 
New Paltz Camp is $100 for Lipstick members, $200 for non-members.
Team Lipstick Kit – must be worn for ALL bike sessions as coaches need to see you from afar.  Of course, we would like you to wear the gear to all training sessions.
Best Price Sprint/Olympic ($400 savings) = Pay 2012 in Full:  $1730
Best Price Half Iron ($300 savings) = Pay 2012 in Full:  $2,185
 

Coaches

Sara will be lead coach for the Beginner teams.
Laura and Matt will be lead coaches for the Sprint, Olympic and Half Iron teams.
Robert will coach all swims.
Tara, Matt, Sara and Laura will coach the bike sessions.
Paulo, Matt, Sara and Laura will coach the run sessions.
Paulo will coach the marathon program.
Laura will coach the strength sessions.
