Today we arrive to ‘Best Swim Centre’ in the morning for a 2 hour session in their Olympic sized outdoor pool, which has underwater video cameras for feedback on form and technique.  We then run the Mallorca Triathlon race course, combined with a short run on Es Trenc Beach and a short Mediterranean swim.  There is also a brief race lecture by the owners of the Mallorca Triathlon, regarding what to expect on race day.  After, an optional boat tour to the Archipelago of Cabrera will be available.  Dinner is on the stone terrace of Hotel Bendinat, perched above a craggy coastline with a precious, small swimming cove.

ITINERARY – Wednesday, Day 5…

Sa_Calobra_Small

Mountain Stage! – The famous Sa Calobra
Up to 80 mile / 130 km

One of the most sensational days of riding, and also extremely challenging.  This ride will make training for your Mallorca camp (as opposed to during) a necessary and worthwhile endeavor.  Ride through the most striking landscapes laden with climbs and descents.  Emerge finally through a rocky gap, where a 5 mile descent into Sa Calobra lies before you.  Take a deep breath, release the brake levers, and go!  This road is a cyclist’s dream, smooth and carefully made, with hairpins broad enough to sweep down without losing speed.  The road levels out to reveal two enclosed coves surrounded by walls of rock.  Let’s not forget the only way out is back up those 5 miles.  Dinner is at The Fortress Restaurant of Cap Rocat.

ITINERARY – Thursday, Day 6…

Tonight is Team Lipstick's signature TALENT SHOW!  Everyone must participate, either solo or with a group.
